Natasha leads complex transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate restructures and has rare experience of regulated sectors such as the legal services and financial services sectors.
Some transactions Natasha has led include:
- Hudgell Solicitors - the sale of the law firm to an Employee Ownership Trust.
- MAPD Ventures - the acquisitions of law firms Myers & Co Solicitors, Bromleys Solicitors, Bermans, and Thomas Hayton Winkley.
