O’Connors recognised for supporting the legal industry at Modern Law Awards

O’Connors is over-the-moon to have won the ‘Supporting the Industry Award’ at this year’s Modern Law Awards, in recognition of its work in advising those operating in the legal sector.

We are enormously proud to have been able to support the industry in recent years, working with well over very many legal services providers across the UK through a period of unprecedented and on-going change.

Our legal sector team, led by Mark O’Connor, blends corporate, commercial, insurance and regulatory expertise to deliver strategic and practical advice to some of the UK’s most innovative and successful legal businesses – helping them with new ventures, fundraising, structuring, conversions, authorisations, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, key contracts and insurance arrangements. We’d like to think our thought-leadership, trend analysis and strategic guidance has gone some way to helping them anticipate and manage the many challenges confronting them.
