Before joining O'Connors Philip trained at a large regional commercial firm before working abroad in-house for an international health care company on a broad range of commercial matters. Philip works across the corporate and commercial divisions of O'Connors, assisting clients with a wide range of projects, transactions and day-to-day business issues. From a corporate perspective Philip advises on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, MBO's, joint ventures, company formations and restructuring and shareholder agreements. In respect to commercial law Philip provides advice and support in regards to the drafting and review of commercial agreements including terms and conditions of sale, software rights and intellectual property advice. He also advises on GDPR and data protection issues. Philip has a particular interest in working with start-ups and early stage businesses.
